Alan Canzano leads the firm’s efforts in technology and emerging companies and has broad experience as a technology banker with particular expertise in enterprise application software and retail-related software and technologies. Prior to co-founding Cronus, he was with Goldman Sachs in its Merger and Strategic Advisory group. A lawyer by training, Mr. Canzano is a member of the New York bar.
