On May 15-16, 2018,  Paul Nowak, Managing Director, attended the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality’s (TECQ) Environmental Trade Fair and Conference (EFTC) in Austin. The ETFC focuses on air and water permitting, oil and gas, industrial and solid waste management, compliance and enforcement, and remediation programs.
