Based in the firm’s New Haven office, Peter McGowan leads the firm’s efforts in services, with particular expertise in transportation, logistics, construction and engineering. In addition, he has extensive experience in specialty manufacturing and electronics manufacturing. Mr. McGowan has spent over 30 years in investment banking and has been a Managing Director at Kidder, Peabody & Co.; Alex. Brown & Sons; Lehman Brothers; and Ferris Baker, Watts. He has advised scores of private companies in strategic development and capital raising activities, and he has also helped numerous companies complete their initial public offering (IPO).
