Kenneth C. Leung

Managing Director

Ken Leung has had a long career providing advisory and financial services to private and public companies in solid waste, hazardous waste, recycling, nuclear, engineering and consulting, and air and water pollution. Mr. Leung was named an “All-Star Analyst” by Institutional Investor for 21 years, and as Chief Investment Officer for Environmental Opportunities Fund I and II, which represented $113 million of private equity funds, he provided seed capital for such companies as Eastern Environmental Services, subsequently sold to Waste Management, as well as IESI and Capital Environmental Resources, both now part of  Waste Connections. In addition to having served as editor of both Environmental Review and Pollution Control Monthly, he has written extensively for various environmental publications and been a frequent speaker at environmental and financial conferences. Before joining Cronus, Mr. Leung was a Managing Director and the Head of Environmental Services at Wunderlich Securities and Madison Williams, and prior to 1994, he was a Managing Director at Smith Barney, focusing on environmental investment research.
