Charlie Agreda, formerly the President and Owner of EvolutionAero in Windsor CT, has been involved in the aerospace industry for 40 years and is a seasoned business executive with experience in supply chain manufacturing.

Russ Peppet is a senior executive with a successful career in private equity investing and management consulting. For the past 30 years, he has been a partner with several private equity firms investing in mid-sized growth companies, including environmental companies. Previously a career in management consulting culminated as Vice Chairman, Management Consulting at KPMG Peat Marwick.
